All too often organisations think they know what's best for individuals with a disability. The Chester and District Federation of the Blind is different. It is an organisation run by and for people who are blind or partially sighted.
CDFB Constitution
We want to ensure that the Charity continues to meet the needs of people with a visual impairment and with this in mind our constitution demands that at least 50% of our trustees must be either blind or partially sighted.
